If you don't have a mortgage/deed of trust and note drawn up, you might have to pay a bit for that.

Price cut till you get multiple offers (this would be the best move then it will go up to what the market feels is the best price for it)2.

Hey guys Im new to REI and really life as an adult haha.

Are you a property manager who wants to save a little time?

Whether you occupy it or not, you won't be able to qualify for another loan for another year.You might not end up living there for an entire year because if you move in and you don't like the house, you don't like the neighborhood, or you need to relocate for a job.If you get the loan and never intended to live there for an entire year, then you are committing mortgage fraud. 

I am searching for help or advice on getting started and building this thing from the ground up.
