Instead you put your property for lease and accept people who have a Section 8 voucher.Then complete the “landlord packet” that the tenant will have and send it to the Housing Authority, pass inspection, approve rent and move tenant in.That’s an extremely high level overview- there’s a lot to learn to be successful with Section 8, which is why a lot of people end up hating it, so just be sure to do your homework.And be very careful hiring a PM to manage Section 8 properties.
