Howdy!!! I'm so glad to find out about this community. I am currently in the Army as lvn and working on my rn license. I have no property yet, I am interested to invest on multi-family properties-duplexes when I get out of the Army in a couple years. I have no experience in real estate business. I hope to make new friends and find guidance here. :)
