This wasn't an easy decision but a necessary one.

Regulators make their decisions based on what they can examine in writing, not on verbal assurances.

Local markets also effect decisions as something almost considered a given in one part of the country might make no sense in another.

You need to understand this better before making comments that are incorrect.

When you say that you have the option to pay slower with the cash-out refi, I believe you are incorrect.

Freedom of time, movement, decisions, etc.

I became involved in real estate because of my keen interest interest in providing clients with the support and information they need to make an informed decision regarding what could be the biggest purchase they will ever make.

Lot of interesting information...could potentially help investors make a decision on a market.
