We had a perfect qualified young single male buyer for the first one who was putting 20% down and had a great job working as an IT tech close to the co-op.

I work a full time job, own a home, and one mobile home rental property.

I am trying to soak in as much information and advise as possible while working my full time job running a doctor's office, so any tips and information thrown my way would be very much appreciated.  

I currently work a full time job in IT, take night classes 8 hours a week, and do web development on the side (which will hopefully wrap up in the next month or two).

After a few months, I left the country and failed to do a good job of keep tabs on the property management co.

@Andre Minasyan,He mentions the supply vs demand issue.He did not mention the factors which are currently dampening demand.Lending is still quite dear, though there has been some improvement.

I still have a day job as a Medical Device Sales Rep.  

Fortunately, my current job allows me the opportunity to listen to podcasts and audiobooks while I work.
