We've discussed it with a few prospective tenants and they seemed genuinely happy about the suggestion.If you want your landlord to start reporting your payments to help build/solidify your credit, I think you should talk to them and see what options they can come up with.  

whether its a VA loan or Traditional loan it should not matter, as long as you have the right amount of the loan and the right interest rate. there is the option of sharing the calculator at the end of the sheet, you can put the link on here and let others check it if you want. but would also need to have list of your expenses and income so that we can see if everything was inputted right. if you do not want to put that on the forums, i would be happy to check it, just send me a message with everything.

@Bryce Wong Hi My friend not sure if you found what your looking for but my company does rehabs ill be happy to send you some before and after pics , or even bring you out to a few live projects that we currently have under way .

And having a license would benefit me in that case, cause if i sandwich, any transactions done represent myself and not the seller but I'm still protected if people get sue happy.
