Curious what's people's experience with using Furnished Finder for your MTR.

How much could you get for a furnished rental, and is it comparable to STR?

For example, add up furnishing and deposit, all other expenses would be the same as a home you own.

You pay all the expenses and you have to furnish it completely and you have to communicate with guests and cleaners and handymen.

Hi @Jonathan Greene, There are many landlords who don't want the hassle or furnishing a place and dealing with the management or all of that turnover.

I think units furnished with modern comfort but local personality would do well with film industry people, traveling nurses, families of hospital patients, and possibly medical residents.Also, we're getting an Amazon fulfillment center, so that should be good.
