Can anyone recommend or send me an IT web-signer and/or programmer to work with me?

This topic is confusing to me as I have read conflicting information on this topic on the web.

I've tried my county web site but I get no results with ever search I try.

Other markets bubble for less fundamentally sound reasons such as the overly subsidized loans in the first part of the pre-crash decade along with investor speculation and the greater fool theory that works until it doesn't.Remember that the market is thousands of submarkets and they don't all move together.

I can't explain why attorneys for the Chicago Association of REALTORS would create a lease that conflicts with law but that appears to be the case based on a clear reading of the law and several web sites from Chicago attorneys.

Cash flow is the result of your money doing the work, W2 income is the result of you doing the work.This is a fundamental concept that everyone needs to understand.To become a doctor you invest 8+ years of time and well over $100K into your education.If you are trying to chose between becoming a doctor or a real estate investor, there is no doubt you can become financially independent much faster in real estate. 

I’d go for Be Obsessed or Be Average and 10X Rule-Millionaire Fast Lane by MJ DeMarco-4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferriss (although it’s not narrated by him and by the end there’s a lot of web addresses so it’s a little odd as audio)Currently I’m listen to A Complaint Free World, written and narrated by Will Bowen (yesss I was super inspired by the current Afford anything episode lol).

I have seen so many different styles I want to have an idea of what gets the most exposure.Also, if anyone can recommend a web designer that would be great as well.Thanks!
