There are almost a dozen scoring models out there, which is why many people check their Credit Karma, Credit Sesame, etc, and are quite frustrated when the lenders looks at credit and sees score 20-30 pts less (or greater), its because a consumer report often utilizes a different FICO scoring model.

Of course the house has 2 gas lines, t meters, etc. as it's a two family but for over a week and a half they say the legal determination is tied up with the "higher ups".March 1st (ish):  I call the Mayor's office to express frustration and concerns with the way the process is handled.

From the OC. as far as about Palmdale, Lancaster..in my personal experences i havent had much success going through an REO broker/agent in finding my deals, because unless you have a great relationship (dinners, alittle smozzzzing here and there) for the most part, these properties have either been picked over, the spreads are too thin, or the realtor fees, holding fees tendsto add up.. and lastly, the bidding war process can get ugly--and extremely frustrating--that agent, will upsale that property in some cases, 40k to 60k..and its all fair game if you caught in a bidding decision..
