I've been trying to find information online and through these forums but most just recommend going through a title agency. 

I have searched the forum and while there are posts about this, none really fit my question. 

I’ve been creeping on the forums and listening to the podcast for a while and I’m excited to finally be in the forums!

I've made it into the mid 30's and had no idea there were so many ways to invest in real estate.Between the podcast, E-books, forums post/articles and other resources on the website, I have found a great place to learn more about real estate and continue my journey towards financial independence.

Hello BP forums, I am very new to this game and i'm in the works of making my first deal ( Im looking for a 3-4 unit multifamily house.) my question is about the payment on your mortgage. should you rely on the tenant's rent in order to pay the mortgage or should you be able to fund the whole thing your self form other sources. 

In addition to the REIAs, keep an eye out on these forums like Ryan said for local BP meetups.
