Mark:If there is an occupied heated unit below this one and the unit has been properly winterized (supply lines drained, antifreeze in traps, etc), there should be minimal chance of plumbing issues (other than dried out seals in a few faucets and the flapper in the toilet).

BTW - I stay away from daily accrued late fees  as my attorney advised a judge may deem it excessive and may not hold up in court.

So one of the worst places in the floor I tore up and it had some green and black mold on the bottom of the flooring and some on the sub floor, but the floor was dry
