Once I started taking action on a daily basis things started to form and fall into place. 

Plus Port Orange the city around it is growing and improving on a daily basis.

Still scouring daily but depending on your goals and skill set you may have better luck than me.

Another successful method could be the daily charge, but maybe $5/day or something like that (again, reflective of the rent your charging).Keep in mind, your goal is to never charge a late fee. 

I've subscribed to a few newsletters - ATB Financial's The Owl and Canadian real estate wealth/news helped me start to get acquainted with the vocabulary and trends on a near daily basis.

Lenders too, though we tend to already be pretty good at math - it's just new equations that need to become part of our daily vocabulary *on top of* fannie/freddie/fha/va ways of doing math.We have an entire generation of people screwing themselves out of homeownership because they are listening to their parents, except for those among them that are going to be doctors/lawyers/accountants/programmers/etc.
