Hello all,I am looking for a good custom cabinet shop/carpenter that can install custom/semi-custom cabinets (plywood,usa made) for a fair price in the Atlanta area. 

If the customer doesn't agree then I walk away.

@Mark Brogan  I'm not sure what you're point is Mark, did the wholesaler claim the Title was clear?

That's a rare situation and I did file a title claim (I don't think I'll win it though).

I have and upstairs and downstairs heatpump so I have  T stat for each one.I read a lot of reviews and customer feedback before deciding to buy this make/model.

But, just as important is knowing who your end customers are and knowing exactly what they want. 

Here (Canada), if you do not claim a Capital Cost Allowance (CRA speak for depreciation), then it will not be recaptured.However, in most cases it is beneficial to take the CCA (depreciation) in today's dollars and knowing you will eventually have to pay it back with tomorrow's {discounted} dollars.

Which in better word they make you claim the property as your homestead. 

Escrow people are a certain mindset with a very different set of requirements and I have seen revolving doors at companies that don't have every single aspect perfect for that person, and you cant keep everyone happy, all the time, so you will always struggle finding this perfect balance that will keep you (as the owner) , your customers, and your employees happy.Finding quality escrow people who are competent and give customer service is VERY hard, I have been on the recruiting end as well for over 5 years, but if you do find them, you will not be able to keep them with discounted escrow rates.

I used the trial version of TrueRent and was going to stick with it, but they are not returning my emails with a question, so not sure about using them if customer service is lousy.
