You will want to consult both a CPA (for tax implications) and a business lawyer to help set up the legal structure and documents in order to do it propertly.

I am excited that there are more resources and networking opportunities through this site then there was when I was trying to fumble through and am excited to glean what info I can from it, and help others when possible.

I'm also laying the groundwork so that if there is a market downturn I'm ready to take advantage of it with my own funds and the network of people behind me that like what I'm doing right now.

Once you've revised your parameters then it could be helpful to find other people who are pursuing the path you want to follow and network with them.
