There is so much you can take advantage of through BP I would hesitate to go down an expensive path before utilizing all the free and cheap networking options first.

I had 1 hoarder house many years ago, floor to ceilings and can tell you it wasn’t cheap.

I know there's cheap enough stuff to be found in Monmouth but probably more out west right?

Norristown has a lot to like: walkable downtown area with cheap units and right the transportation center.

And having filed 1099s will be another argument if you have to defend yourself.Filing 1099 is very simple and cheap, so there is no good reason to NOT file them - other than hiring undocumented labor.

First I thought cheap properties so no problem with me financing them myself.Then I thought there is no long term sustainability in cheaper properties.Then I looked at more expensive markets and started evaluating turnkey providers.

Be forewarned, it is not cheap and i believe there are other softwares out today that can handle a similiar workload, i just have not had to (knock on wood) research any of that lately.
