Hey guys I’ve been listening to bigger pockets for about two years now.

What can I earn analysing  deals  since I cannot have cash and I could not borrow further money, currently I am reading books , listen to bigger pocket proadcast, networking.etc 

I believe it tends to give me a slightly lower return, because the sponsor is going to be more careful, and if there is a severe downturn will prevent me from taking catastrophic losses.

I realize this is still too new of a thing for there to be data on it, but look at the bigger picture...1.

Based on the information provided, you may want to cut your losses and move on. 

It also costs you in loss of rent! 

I am currently taking a real estate investing class through UNH, listening to the bigger pockets podcasts, working on finding some club meetings to attend (suggestions welcome) and building a team of people to work with.

I also sold that 1st triple decker this past January and did a 1031 exchange into a bigger/better/nicer neighborhood triple decker.

Bigger Pockets is a great resource to further those steps. 

So I’m looking for some suggestions on how to get around this obstacle I have seen programs that will do this research but with all the reading I have done so far on bigger pockets I’m getting the feeling not to buy it until I ask.
