@Larry Fried I'm not really interested in turnkey investments at the moment.

This is going to be hard at the moment as I travel 100% for work all over the world so managing a rehab from China is not so easy.Hopefully I can meet up with some of the local members whenever I'm in town.

I am now owner occupying the  1 vacation rental in Beautiful Park City Utah since 2009 and owned as vacation rental primarily  from 2005-2009.
