The job and population strength of the market especially in Dallas has and continues to be impressive creating a healthy demand for apartments and rental price increases.We currently have an attractive deal in the DFW area more than happy to share w/you.  

Yes, higher rate investments are always more attractive and are great - until you lose your principal.

Considering crime rates and general reputation, I think Whitman, Abington and Rockland are more attractive though.More expensive coastal towns like Cohasset, Hingham and Scituate are great for summer rentals, often fetching over $2,000 per week in mid-season.
