Its a big job grinding(diamond cutters), patching, polishing(finer diamond cutters), staining and sealing a concrete floor.I could see it in a converted warehouse setting with open floor plan, sandblasted heavy timbers, and painted industrial ductwork, etc.totally agree with this, concrete floors look great but really create a certain look associated w/ modern, industrial.

Interest rates have moved higher since my lock.So increasing the purchase price would only require me to pay more downpayment if I wish to keep the interest rate the same.My realtor is suggesting going through negotiation overseen by attorneys from California Association of Realtors present.

I was informed that the winter taxes had not been paid and that there were late fees now associated with the account.My next step was calling the title company and the gal that did our title work is on vacation this week.
