The primary purpose of the LLC is to limit your company's liability to the company and prevent a judgment creditor from attaching your personal assets to satisfy a judgment against your company.Many people think an umbrella insurance policy is enough.

Then ask if the structure is adequately insulated to prevent freezing of the plumbing in there.
