How would this property compare to other investments you can make on the cash you would need to invest to acquire it?

If I do get to the point where I have multi-family properties and a family home, it would make the most sense for me to sell this property so I can narrow my focus into strictly managing and acquiring bigger deals.   

My Chase Saphire Reserve card gives me 3 points for every dollar I spend on travel/dining, which equates to 3% back in value, plus all the ancillary things I get from the card like free airport lounge access, free rental car insurance, auto rental upgrades, TSA precheck.Most of my spending is on dining/bars, so I use that to get the better return.

You don’t need a real estate license to “learn how real estate work”.Having one will not hurt and will give you access to MLS but you don’t need one depending on your goals..

We most definitely want to do this but are wondering if we should do that before acquiring or after.
