Why would an amazing house like this stay vacant for so long?

This after they completed a 4 day stay. 

Just recently I had a couple and their son stay in one of my places. 

If you need a place to stay try the extended stay america depending on what part of CA you are in it may even be a little cheaper than renting.

@Prakash BhattaIf it is your intention to get her out, then contact Section 8 and let them know that you think tenant has been stealing electricity and want section 8 to verify if electricity bill is paid in order to continue lease.If you want her to stay, then contact electric company and have them inspect the meter again.Simple.Terry

I didn't threaten lawsuit before meeting though lol, I'd like to tell you to stay open minded while legally protecting yourself at the same time.  

Stay on him to follow through and remind him regularily of any lease violations.

I had another inquiry today from an Indian contract worker (many H1B's here) whose parents would be staying with him and his wife and infant for 3 or 4 months out of the year!
