I have been driving for dollars with some leads success coming in, but would like to know if anyone ever used Batch Leads or similar software with success.I tried some other ones, but i believe Batch Leads comes with Txting people, trying to reach out more people and off market properties for BRRR/ Buy and Hold.Thank you all

So my advice along with using CoStar/Crexi or any software you decide to use is to also build relationship with your local brokers because they have a majority of the deals that are off market.
