If I was an OOS investor I would prefer the rental market in Lexington.

When going about purchasing/ getting a loan to buy a property, does anyone have any tips/ suggestions they think are helpful or preferred banks to use?

I'm trying to calculate investor returns using a cash on cash number which includes investor preferred returns plus percentage of net income.

And our borrowers obviously prefer it. 

In our first deal we just went with the builder’s preferred lender because they offered to pay our closing costs if we did.- When you’re setting up an LLC, do you get the mortgage in your personal name and just have the LLC on the deed?

The guy I found my client was decent, but I'd prefer someone I have rapport with in the future. 

Right now I am heavily leaning towards student housing or multifamily homes throughout Michigan, preferably in West/ Mid Michigan.
