While we may see multiple reduction/cap rate decompression, top line revenue and NOI growth will grow at a faster rate, which is the numerator in the value equation (NOI/Cap Rate = Value), so we will likely see prices continue to rise or at least stay flat.

@Ryan TalmadgeThe fraud here is no joke during the last 6 months.We've done a lot to curb stomp it for our owners investments and the community at risk of falling for it, but there's still too much and not enough public awareness unfortunately.
