With a HELOC, you'll likely be quoted "higher" interest rates, but due to the nature of lines of credit vs. loans, you can overcome the interest rate scam and put money in your own pocket.The way I illustrate this is: if you put extra money toward a mortgage, but the next month you need that money back for a great investment, will the bank disperse those funds?

Add that to the fact that we have the gov't printing money at a breakneck pace spurring inflation, so naturally - the stock market and RE markets are soaring, and then the really odd aspect - the USD index is... rising?!
