BRRR Method First TIME ADVICE

Hello Bigger Pocket Family, 

I'm finding my first property to BRRR. Any advice? Also where would some of you recommend I look at comparisons. Sites like Zillow and Redfin at the moment are not showing a lot of the pricing for recently sold properties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its all about an accurate ARV with a reliable cash-out refinance lender.

Zillow and those other sites don't provide great comps. You'll need MLS access if you want to ensure your ARV is accurate.
