I’ve have two proposals from two companies that do this type of build.

We work with a ton of investors who own trusts and have real estate and other assets inside those trusts.

Right now, I’m focused on learning as much as I can and taking steps towards getting my first rental property.

Outside of those focus on simply being a good landlord because you have far more control than you may think.I am in Philadelphia which has tenant friendly landlord tenant laws.

Any thoughts on Bloomfield, NJ or other towns that could appreciate well and have or lead to positive cash flow?
