Anyone have a great PM experience on the East Side of Cleveland, specifically Cleveland Heights close to Little Italy University Circle area?  

Up until the early/middle of 2016, there was definitely a market for buying higher-end new construction condos at buildings with significant cachet (ie major architect) and flipping those when the development was complete.

I represent a number of investors in the South East and I am looking to build out our Chattanooga market over the next year.  

Can't imagine waking up in the middle of the night and going to the first floor to use the bathroom :-). 

You take the west and I the east and let me work though your systems like a second set of hands (no way...don't listen to me...you take what you want).  

My advice would be to cut out the middle man "project manager" and talk to other investors to get a gc recommended to you.

School lines are constantly being redone and several new middle and elementary schools have been built in the past 5 years, with talks of adding a 4th highschool in a 5 mile radius.
