If you google it, there is a list of around 8 different states that are currently landlord friendly BUT just be careful because states like Florida that are landlord friendly still vary based on the county.  

I have the size, abstract number the Survey, the Tract, and the city but google earth only gets that down to a 10 acre survey area and this property is .25 acres.

I then can almost 100% time confirm they are who they say they are with a phone google search.

The issue I find is that some out of state investors use Google Maps (pin drop) and take a virtual drive of different neighborhoods, but if you look at the date of when it's taken (top left of the screen), some of the areas were photographed in 2013 or earlier.

Or a better way to search other than blindly typing different key terms into Google?
