Hi, I'm looking to talk with an investor-friendly realtor regarding an SFR rehab in Greensboro, NC. 

I'm trying to finish the SoW as quickly as possible, but I would like a GC lined up before I close mid-July.Can anyone recommend me to investor-friendly (i.e. not retail) contractors?

Hi Chris, I get that the most frequent and biggest delays to closing are typically from the originator, whether it is from an institutional lender or mortgage broker.

@Dave Blackman a friend uses Elizabeth Moara but I'm not recommending her, I'm just passing along her name. 

So read books on the topic, go to networking events where you can meet HML's and private lenders, reach out to friends and family, get a HELOC on your primary if you have one, get a loan from either your 401k (if you work) or from your life insurance (if you have one.)

I also have friends that would easily give me 200K to invest with little on their return.

Yet, I would like to get insights from experienced investors.Questions for the discussion:How frequent do you interact with PM for your apartment building?
