I'm just starting out in commercial brokerage but through the hiring process the partners kept pushing me on one thing: Will you enjoy the commercial space?

I figure the best way to protect myself against avoidable mistakes will be a thorough understanding/education of the business.I'm aware that you own + manage your properties, is this something you enjoy doing?
