Hello all,

My name is Steve Wood and I am from Waynesboro, MS, the "garden spot of the deep south".

I've been investing in Real Estate about 4 years now and I have seen some good times and some not so good times. What I am learning is that you have to have the correct tool for the particular market conditions.

Looking forward to having some good discussion, helping people if I can, and getting help if I need it.
