I am seeing inventory climb, CLT seems to be a bit behind schedule compared to PHX, Dallas, Socal, Florida, Seattle areas on how fast its growing.

My strategy for this was to look at multifamily properties where I can do short-term rentals (AirBnb etc) & house hack at the same time.I found this quadruplex - each unit is 1 bed, 1 bath, in an amazing area of Dallas that has local attractions and is also 1 mile from a hospital (travel nurse market).

We recently purchased our first STR in the Dallas area, and have set up some cameras, sensors, etc. 

Right now in DFW I think people are having the most success in the cities just east of Dallas (Garland and Mesquite areas) and in parts of Arlington, Fort Worth, and Dallas South of I-20.

I’m looking for a guide in the Dallas area to further study the field under. 

Also, I’m thinking about the Dallas market.
