Can anyone recommend a reliable contractor in Greenville area?

I ran into a contractor who has the capital to complete the rehab.

The contractor said that he does not sub meter for gas, as I would have to call others, which I do not have an issue doing, but said it may cost triple to have separate meters for Gas.

I enjoy discussing about REI.

Does anyone know of any contractors either in Bel Air, MD or the Harford County MD area that are willing to do walkthroughs and provide estimates?

Let me know if any of you have questions about the process we went to to get the permiting, finding contractors etc.

I’m so excited to start making offers on properties but unsure how to source trustworthy contractors and inspectors to look at them before purchasing.

Have you taken any bids from contractors on similar jobs and compared item cost? 

He oversees the project/contractors/etc. and has offered to do initial walk thrus with me as I learn.

I visited the property today and it looks to be in good shape other than some flooring, painting, siding it will need, maybe some windows too, there could be hidden damage too, I have no idea I would need to walk through it and take a good look with a contractor.
