Without builders risk the various contractors will likely spend considerable time arguing who is liable for the accident, who pays to replace materials etc.

Currently I’m reading the Fortune Builders seminar book and will be attending their seminar in Modesto, CA in Jan.

Then go out and find infill developers and home builders that work in the area that can pay top dollar for the land.

I would think it would really be worth it if you were spending a bunch as a builder/rehabber?

I've talked with local investors, a few developers, and have good contacts with a builder.

I got introduced through a friend who is a builder and they set up an account for me.

The guy has just been sitting on it i dont know why he didnt finish off the home but recently he just listed it.My question is to you builders how much would it cost me to finish off the inside.  

I have used Bigger Pockets as a major part of being mentored, along with some financial experts, bankers, builders, and investors I have networked with locally.
