Definitely out of the box thinking! 

I was just  trying to think outside the box and see if there were any other options..

If it's a fully renovated unit then I'd go with new, and would hit up the big box stores on during their july 4th seasonal sale.If it's an older unit then I'd grab used on craigslist/facebook. 

There's usually a job box on a build site, and in that box a set of plans by an engineer.

Outside the box a bunch of names will appear. double click on their name and it will populate the comment box in blue.

Hit up any big box store for their weekend deals.

First, I'm not the sharpest tack in the box.

.- two units are down to the studs, junction boxes and some wiring/outlets done (owner is a licensed electrician), need a couple of walls removed, nothing blatantly tricky going on.

They are RTA (ready to Assemble) but are easy to plus together and are 1/2 the cost of the big box stores.
