You can also learn to use the Zestimate to get a very rough estimate of value - it may be off by a wide margin, but if you figure out is is consistently 20% low or high or whatever for your market, then it becomes a useful screening tool.

I'll bet there will be tests applied to the crowdfunding alternatives as the intent certainly isn't to wipe out the SEC by allowing 200, 000 people to invest a hundred bucks in anything someone dreams up and claim it falls under the jobs angle.

This is part of why I outlined 5 different options in that post, because if one doesn't work for the specific type of list you're trying to pull, you can always try a different one.I don't think any of them are perfect from every angle, but you can usually find what you're looking for if you're fully informed about what the different options have to offer.As for the filtering market value & equity percentages (if I'm understanding your question right), I think you can do this with either ListSource or AgentPro247 - might be worth checking either of those out.
