I think that my desires aren't absolutely unique, in that I would like to get involved in wholesaling, rehabs/flips and multi-unit rental properties.

I have a uniquely shaped property  under contract.

The unique thing that I haven't seen from any other website is this site allows you to search by estimated Cap Rate, Cash Flow, and Cash Return.  

All the other get rich quick schemes are just fad diets.

The answer is truly unique to each investor, their goals, strategy, market, skills and scale of business. 

Recently, we purchased a soon-to-be bulldozed nursing home which had been abandoned for 10+ years with the intention to turn it into a unique apartment building.This particular property has almost 24,000 sq ft under roof and offers a 6,000 sq foot enclosed courtyard.
