I don't know exactly how Steph does it, but there are a few ways I can think of:- Many REO agents use the same contractor lockbox codes on all their properties, and there are generally only a handful of different codes that make up a majority of the listings;- If you have an agent who is willing to show your buyers the properties;- If you have your agent show YOU the property, and conveniently have a couple people with you who can act like contractors or friends;- Best solution: Get your license...
