Yours has multiple different brick colors, peeling paint, older looking windows, dead plants, a half dead lawn, a walkway that is broken and slightly uneven, and an entry pad that is sloping rather significantly.

Also, black colored roofing melts snow quicker than white colored roofing.Just my 2 cents.

Every time I look, with the three slabs that's of a different color than the rest, I think of the time the town did one over on me.
