If enough people do it, maybe the ads we see on this website will switch from being 100% REI stuff, to having some ads for boats, vacation spots, and fancy wine/cigars, in the mix. 

A lot of this stuff you can figure out yourself online through legal sites but that's why I have my attorney so I don't have to spend the time figuring it out.

That would be ok, for the right price, and if you have the right realtor (to get the deal) right inspector to find all the stuff, and the right contractor to do good work for a good price.I'm all about it if you're ready for the RE Rollercoaster, but go on ready for action.Best of luck!

So he got back to me a day or two later and he did say he was waiting for the part he ordered and once it arrives, he will be over at my house to finish the work.
