Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

And again it will be state specific.

Do you have someone specific (handyman, contractor, inspector etc) do the move out inspection for you?

(There are other methods, but they become more circumstance specific and less likely to accomplish).
