What are the possible solutions for something like this?

I had a cubicle equipped it 2 monitors, state of the art equipment.

My favorite is Easy Storage Solutions as it is cloud based, allows online rentals and can be integrated into a call center (call center is probably cost prohibitive for a property this small). 

My pitch will be to help the seller by providing a solution to help them get their house sold.

Is there anything possible solution recommended?

If you want to be completely hands off than maybe buying a turn-key solution is for you. 

It took me days to come up with a solution & I actually used scrap wood & tile pieces to finish it.P.S.

Outside of that, however, stop the water, pull the non-salvageable stuff - usually drywall and insulation - spray down the mold with an appropriate chlorine solution, and make repairs.
