It seems a lot simpler to keep everything a multiple of the monthly rent and if the rent goes up they all go up.But the tenants don't care for it.Thoughts?

All though I am still working on licensing & contracts needed to get work performed in the allotted time for each home renovation meets a time line,This will never be perfect I decided in every home remodeled by this organization we are going to have one design for both kitchen & bathroom that the hope will reach a new younger target for market reasons any thought or feedback first time right concept,
