Why is there not several central places you can go to search for listings?

This is common practice as they get you in their doors with a free seminar, then you are pitched some education program for several hundred to several thousand, then the upsell to the “insiders club” for tens of thousands.

@Tony Karns , I had this issue on a property that I owned in Oakland, California, several years back. 

I know of several investors out there that have JV programs where you can lean on their experience, resources and network (contractors, agents, inspectors etc.) while still doing the majority of the project yourself.

Then for capex, replacing a roof can run you several thousand dollars and wipe out several years of capex.

I have googled and found several online, but nothing with actual reviews from users/investors.

We did a 1031 exchange around the middle of 2017 where we sold one property in Phoenix and bought several in the midwest, everything closed in 2017.We did the exchange in a trust and want to move the property to an LLC we own.  

That could easily take several months.

I own properties under several LLCs but all of my leases are written under my management LLC.
