I can't tell you how many deals I've seen die with a "senior loan officer" who just doesn't get it. 

They have had a lot of complaints, and citizens are getting to be a pain in the a** about noise and traffic in their neighborhoods.   

If I were to follow my next shiny star it would be senior housing, I think the opportunity is available almost anywhere and as the population ages it will be a very good commodity for the next 15-20 years.

He and his wife had just moved out of their three-story home to a much more comfortable and convenient senior citizen complex.

There is virtually no entreprenuership and little opportunites for the average citizen of these countries to own real estate or create wealth.
