I've searched through my entire pre-licensing course and I couldn't find anything.In Florida, is it illegal for a licensed real estate agent to receive a referral fee from an unlicensed buyer or seller for bringing them together?

At first, I was looking on the counties online public record but unfortunately I will have to search for individual addresses and after doing some more research I came across that is possible to get a listing through the MRIS.

So I would go search for a local class and start chugging.

Is anyone else having issues when searching the marketplace with IPhone?

A good agent can set you up with a search of expired listings, and many investors will contact those disappointed home owners, just as realtors do.

There are a million companies when you Google search but you still can't get something done.

Take a look here in BP or Meetup.com and do a search.
