There is just no meat to most real estate investment books out there....You have just pointed out the reason WHY I suggest to everybody to get a library card and read books for free.

Has anyone had experience using an AMEX Blue or other AMEX high limit card to help with leveraging a purchase?

(lots of templates for flyers, business cards, brochures, mailers, etc.)

It was way overdeveloped during the boom, it is slipping now.1) We are about 25% off of the peak.2) I’ll bet real estate values could fall as much as 60% (total).3) We will hit a plateau no later than August 2009.4) We will be back up at the same levels somewhere between 2014-2019.There are several wild cards.

I have tried bandit signs, hung fliers, left bsuiness cards EVERYWHERE... i don't have money for direct mailings, autoresponders, 800#'s, etc.

Most of the areas investors will find there way to the property and you can give them your card and be sure to get there info.

If your state has laws outlining what they consider brokering, simply announcing "I'm a principle" and throwing out a bunch of contracts doesn't equal a "get out of jail free" card.

I have heard many, many people complain that their credit card limits have been cut, their home equity line of credit has been closed, etc.

But I have used the text on several types of cards and it seems any that have focus on the MONEY is one that works best.

I love it.My plan is to advertise like a madman (biz cards, word of mouth, bandit signs, website, craigsist, newspaper, etc).
