@Alli Issa, there might be compatibility issues with your particular computer?

On contract bank wrote closing date as 4/4/16 but listing agent told me that they won't be able to do in this time period as bank is working with city to resolve all violations and that can take at least 6 weeks.

So, this is FAR from resolved.

I guess you have to know what you are getting into and stay on top of management of the units and act quickly to resolve problems.

Also going to request an injunction preventing his Dad from having to move stuff out until the lawsuit was resolved.

I know about the issue and am confident it will get resolved and know the approximate $$ amount, enough to get comfortable on a bid. 

-What has been the hardest issue to resolve in flipping (eg contractors/vendor issues; finding properties; tight margins etc)-What changes have you made along the way that have made you more successful in flipping?

@Erin Wysocki If I knew I would have tried to resolve it hahaha Not really sure.

Only thing to resolve is do the numbers work and how many do I desire to take on at once.
